Merging Tags in Notes & Journal

Merging Tags in Notes & Journal
Is it possible to merge the tags in the Notes & Journal section? I have ended up, for example, with some that are "Faith" and "faith" and would just like to merge them. Anyone know how?

The only way I know is to open each item tagged with the term you DON'T want to use, and re-tag them with the term you do want to use - one by one.
