Page no loading correctly on iphone

I was trying to help my aunt get setup for online donations. We were trying to do with from her iphone via safari. We were able to logon but when we get to the donations page, the page was mostly blank (only the standard header and footer or lds.org were showing). We tried it on my android phone and the page loaded just fine. She does not have a computer or tablet, her only internet access is via the iphone.
