Name Too Long!!! End of Year Tax Statements.

I have a few members in our ward who make their donations under the name of their personal businesses. For instance, one of them is along the lines of Dr. Joe J. Joeman Inc. Back before everything migrated to the web, this didn't cause me a problem....but now when I print their official tax statements, the name gets cut off. Because the name of their organization contains more letters than what will fit in the "last name" box, I end up with something like Dr. Joe J. Jo as the donor name. I assume this could also cause problems if someone had an abnormally long name, or a few hyphenated.

The only solution I can think of would be to make a new donor in MLS where I break up their company name into smaller chunks so Dr. Joe J. is their last name, and Joeman Inc. would be their first so it all reads properly on the form. (But then it the form would indicate that which is a bit odd). Any other suggestions?
