Where is the angel moroni in the paris France temple?

The Paris France Temple is one of four temples that does not have a steeple, and therefore does not have a statue of the Angel Moroni. In addition to those four, six others do not have a statue of Moroni.

Paris France Temple Doesn't Have an Angel Moroni there are some reason behind it. But I don't know why ?
