Puzzilla Log In
Unable to sign in to do Puzzilla. It says there was an application error, page could not be served. Check logs for details. (What are they talking about by Logs.?

Are you able to log into FamilySearch?
It's the same account. If you can't log into FamilySearch, then I wouldn't expect Puzzilla to work.
If you can log into FamilySearch, but not Puzzila, then you'll have to contact them.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I use FamilySearch frequently. When I signin I get two options; 1) signin and 2) signin with church account. Option #1 has never worked for me but option #2 always works. When I go to Puzzilla, it directs me to the familysearch signin option 1 and therefore, I'm always rejected
Do I need to create a separate, NON-church account in family search in order to signin to Puzzilla?

My FamilySearch login is the same as my church login so this may not be helpful, but I don't have a problem logging in to Puzzilla with the login that I use.
