New callings at Ward Conference

We are reorganizing our young mens and young womens presidencies next week, which is also ward conference. Should we have the Bishop release the old presidencies and then have the new ones announced/sustained when the High Counsel rep reads the list of ward officers or should the bishop ask to sustain them first, and then have them sustained again with other ward officers?
