Ways to use LDS Tools for Visiting and Home Teaching?

Creating a custom "List" with the contacts of my visiting teaching assignments has been helpful. Are there any other ways you use LDS Tools and smartphone applications to help you minister to your sisters / families?

[font=]I am a HT Supervisor and my wife is a VT Supervisor. We use the "Lists" feature each month to request reports. Tools is so versatile that I'm sure others have found more uses for HT and VT as well as other church assignments.[/font]
