Donations spanning multiple countries

I have a member who has paid tithing in two different units in separate countries. His donor statement online for last year only shows donations made in the current (US) unit. How does he get a statement for donations made in his prior unit (Canada) for last year?

He will probably have to contact his prior unit and request a donation statement for that country.
