CMS - Local Country Websites

I have worked with Joomla 1.5 since it come out. I really like it. It's easy to install and It's to update and manage. It's cheap (free CMS) and lots of free templates. You can also buy templates for no more than $50.
Why don't we all use it to our local country websites?
When it is much more helpful to get help in this community and forum.
The church should save many $.
