New ministering update bug?

While looking at the new ministering functionality I noticed that one of my assigned families is missing from my list. If I look at their record it shows me as their minister. After looking at other assignments this problem appears on several other lists. It is always just one family that is missing. Most of them are the last one, but not always.

I took a quick look and I saw four assigned families everywhere I looked. Where are you not seeing the expected family?

If the display problem is in LDS Tools, then yes, there are issues. Most of those in our ward assigned to minister to larger numbers of members do not see all of their families in LDS Tools. With one of my callings, I am able to see all assignments, and I do not see any consistency in the number of families displayed. Some show only three, others show four or five, but most do not show all assigned.

LCR seems to be fine and I did a sync in LDS Tools and rechecked. Same results.

Yes, several of my families are missing from the ministering list in LDS Tools. My companion can see them all and they are correct on LCR. I'm glad to know that others are seeing the same bug.

At least you have a section for ministering. I don't even have a button for ministering. I can't see who I minister to or who ministers to me. Maybe it is my fault. I started to sign in, and then changed my mind and backed out. Somewhere in that process I saw the word ministering flash on the screen. Maybe I messed it up backing out. Any ideas? Or should I just call support?

If you are not on Android 5, you will not have ministering on your version of LDSTools. I, too, have been passed on by the technology, though I am not in a position to replace my device at this time.

If you are running LDSTools 3.5, you should send feedback from within the app. That is the best, quickest way to get information to the developers. From forum posts, it looks like various users of both the Android and IOS version 3.5 are having some difficulties. I cannot give any other advice as I am unable to upgrade to the latest version and lost access to Ministering because of that.

I am not certain, but I believe you need to be signed in to view ministering information.
