35 unit limit on Sync

I am a full time senior missionary in the Maryland Baltimore Mission. I have need for phone numbers in all units for each of the seven stakes in our mission. Through sad experience, I found out that there is a 35-unit limit when syncing AND the other units disappear. Is there any fix to this limit? Can I get the prior stake information lost through syncing back? I am still on this other stakes' system, but I can't get to them via LDS Tools. Help!
