LDS Notes Deleted

Discussions about the Notes and Journal tool on LDS.org. This includes the Study Toolbar as well as the scriptures and other content on LDS.org that is integrated with Notes and Journal.

LDS Notes Deleted

Some of my notes have been completely deleted- ones I haven't even viewed since they were last saved. Does anybody know why that would be? Is there a glitch? I know they were saved beforehand.

Are these notes you took using the Gospel Library app (on a mobile device or Windows 10), or were they notes taken using the web app on lds.org?

All my notes looked like they were deleted too - very upsetting. But I found a link in one of these forums which I used to access the old format. Now each time I log on it remains in the old format. I believe the link is this: https://www.lds.org/study-tools/folders?lang=eng#
If not look further in the forums.
