My Patriarchal Blessing will not load...

I'm in my account. I know where my patriarchal blessing is located on the site. I requested the digital copy in 2016 and have gone there many times and it worked fine. Now it says that there is an error in loading the PDF when I try to pull it up. My brothers popped up fine so it's not a server issue. Not sure what to do here.

What's the error message? What browser are you using? Could it be an http/https problem?
Are you able to pull up your patriarchal blessing if you sign in on the same computer and browser as your brother was using?

It says "an error occurred while loading the PDF". Its not the computer or the browser...

Trying to get my wife [removed] patriarchal blessing to make a copy for her. We moved and cannot locate her blessing. Her membership member is [removed]. Thank you.

Have her log into her church account and go to https://pb.churchofjesuschrist.org/pbrequest. If it's not there, then there will be a way to request it.
