LDS Tools won't sync, error message with IOS 12.1

Downloaded and updated my and my wife's iphone to IOS 12.1 today. Now neither lets me sync or sign in to the apps. Anyone else having problems?

I tried again this morning and both devices sync'ed properly, no more error messages.

I am having the same problem. The sync starts, then progresses so far and stops with a downloading error. Running iOS 12.1.2.
