I’m having the same problem. I even deleted and re-downloaded the app. I’m new to this forum. How do we find an answer? LDS tools has worked perfect on my iPhone for several years prior

What version of iOS is your phone running? The latest version of LDS Tools requires iOS 10 or newer.
