I'd suggest contacting FHC Support. They can make sure you get an authorized version of the download.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

Please see this post:

I don't know if they still mail image DVDs to FHC directors, or whether a downloadable ISO is available. I also don't know if a Hardware/Software order form is still required, and must be signed by the Stake President.
I have been out of that loop for several years. I think your first stop would be to call the Family History Support phone number for your area. If you don't know it, I suspect it is available on FamilySearch.org or in the Help Center.

Re: ISO windows 7 fhc familysearch
The ISO is downloaded from the FHC Application Finder app installed on an official FHC computer. Instructions are provided with the download, on how to prepare and install. However I’m not sure if I have got the exact name of the app correct, but look for something along that line.

I do believe you are right about that. About the time I was released as STS, I seem to remember seeing that ISO available in the Application Finder.
