You have to be running iOS 10 or Android 5.0 or better. It's not available for desktop/laptop machines (Windows or Mac) - at least natively, but if you install an emulator, you can get it to run.
Last I heard, there's a problem with the Amazon Fire that it won't run on that although it's Android based.
