How long does it take before 3rd party donations show up in my account? These are not handled at the ward level so I cannot ask there.

What do you mean by "third party"? Note that unless the donation has your membership record number, it won't show up anywhere else.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
