Software issues in Gospel Library on Ipad

My wife and I both use Ipad with the Gospel Library App. The problem is, whenever we are playing a song in "Hymns", the whole program crashes and disappears from the screen after only about one verse of the hymn. Hymns in the Children's Songbook are not affected. We have both deleted the app and then downloaded it again but still see the same result. What can we do??
