Hello,
I'm the ward clerk for my ward and I have a young lady filling out her mission papers online. They already filled out the forms by hand along with the forms that require her parents' and her doctor's signatures. Would they just need to upload those specific documents that apply to her parents and doctors or would they need to send everything in altogether?

The stake will need to enter the medical papers in the portal if they haven't already. After that my stake usually files the signed copies until after the missionary returns home just in case they're requested. The hard copy doesn't need to be sent in by mail. If there are extra papers explaining certain medical situations or something like that, those can be attached digitally by the stake to the application.
