LDS Tools Access Table? (missionary progress reports)

Is there an list/ of who has access to different features in LDS Tools? I know there is one for LCR but I am looking to confirm who should have access to missionary progress reports in the LDS tool app.

They should be the same. The access table is not "access to LCR" but "access to features and reports." If they have access to missionary progress reports in LCR, they should have access to the same reports in LDSTools (if said reports are on LSDTools).
