I need help with downloading videos

I'm not sure what happens on lds.org, but it seems like the format has changed and there is no option to download videos now. There always use to be a download options under the video, but now it's not there. The other change I noticed is that there is no scroll bar on the side if the screen, just arrows on the left and right to change topics , if I didn't have a touchscreen computer I wouldn't be able to scroll down. I would greatly appreciate any help, thanks in advance!

Which video? Not all videos are downloadable. It depends on the licensing terms.

I need help too! I'm the Temple Prep instructor for my Ward. I've tried to access the videos listed in the manual for several months now, and all that happens is I get referred back to the manual. For instance, today, I'm trying to locate "Family Home Evening Supplement (53277) Temples are for Eternal Covenants. But all I get is the reference to this video in the "Preparation" portion of the manual. Have all the FHE videos been removed?

If you're on a desktop computer or laptop, to download videos (such as this one: <https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/stu ... s?lang=eng>), you need to start playing the video in your web browser first. Then right-click on the video. Something will appear that says Asset Info. Click on it. Then you'll see the available download options.

If you right-click before you start playing the video, you won't see the Asset Info thing (nor the download options).

If you're on a smartphone or tablet, long-pressing instead of right-clicking might work, but I'm not sure.

Scrollbars are important, but when they're gone here are some tips (if you don't already know them; no offense if you do):

- Use the mouse wheel on a mouse (if you have one)
- Scroll on a touchscreen as you mentioned
- If none of those things are options, then click and hold and drag down (selecting text) to scroll down.
- Click on the spot on the screen you want to scroll and then use the up and down arrow keys and pagedown and pageup navigation keys
