My account does not see Bishop [--- personal information removed ---] - Winslow Arizona Stake. Nor his family.
I do see him in the building locator app.
I have tried to sync, re-install LDS tool app. My home computer has the same issue.

I removed your personal information and the bishop's personal information from your post. This is a public forum that is viewable by anyone on the Internet. I also moved it into its own topic.
