Sync scripture marking across all devices
How do I sync my markings on one device (phone) to show up on my other devices (computer and tablet (and vice versa)?

You have to have GL on all the devices signed into the same Church Account.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
