Hi,
I am in the bishopric and cannot get handbook one on my android. I have tried to sign out and back in. Nothing works. Any suggestions?

A few questions: How long have you been called to the bishopric? What was your data connection type when you signed back in - WiFi or cellular? Did you have access to Handbook 1 previously?

I've found hand Handbook 1 tends to come and go. Assuming that your Church Account works in other areas (like LCR), I'm sure it will show back up on it's own shortly. GL does need to connect to the internet, and depending on your settings, it may not download the manual over your data connection, but wait until you have WiFi.
Something you can do is go to the list of manuals available to leaders and do a "pull down" to refresh the list.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
