I've tried the link multiple times. any suggestions???

You might try a different browser. You might check to see that you are not browsing with a privacy or hidden setting. You might check for and disable any popup window blockers.
Make sure your membership record number is attached to your Church Account.
Speak with your clerk and ask for his assistance.
