Facility Issue Reporting(FIR)

For a while now wards and branches in my stake are having issues reporting facility issues through FIR , out of nine units in my stake it is only one unit(Apumiri Ubakala) that is showing under the facility column, this challenge makes it difficult for other units to report their facility issues through this platform, which poses a problem for them, because in our area the handyman policy requires each unit to report their challenges through the FIR platform. I have tried contacting the global service center, it seems their toll free line for Nigeria has been disabled.

I'd suggest contacting your FM group. The information is likely coming from their database. They may need to update what units are meeting in what buildings.

You should be able to find the contact information in CDOL.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
