This may be a tech question, I’m not really sure. Has anyone heard of a way to give a ministering secretary permissions to see the birthday list for the ward?
We are trying to help give the elders more reasons to get in contact with their ministering families and we’ve thought about assigning one of our ministering secretaries the responsibility of reminding ministering brethren about the birthdays around the ward.
The problem is that ministering secretaries don’t get the permission to see ward member birthdays on the website by default. That only goes to members of the presidency. Is there a way to change this in certain cases where their calling requires this knowledge?
Thanks!

The only way to get it is to hold a calling that grants it. It's not configurable.
