We have a primary teacher past due on the protection training. When asked about it, she said that she cannot access her member account. She can’t remember her username and password, and the she can’t access the email associated with her account. She says she has tried to make a new account, but because her membership record number is already in use it won’t work. I’m at a loss on how to help her, can anyone help me find a solution for this problem?

If you are the ward clerk you can call the Global Service Center (GSC) to initiate contact with them for her. They will provide instructions so she can call them to get her account straightened out.

If you are not the clerk then have her contact him so he can get her into communication with the GSC.
