Tools Sign-in Not Working
Having looked through previous posts and problems, a member in my ward is trying to sign in on an iPhone 6+, her OS says it's updated to 12.1.4, does the actual phone need to be newer to pass security checks? Otherwise, we've tried changing passwords, her dad can sign in with his info on his iPhone 8, but not with hers, and she can log in to the website but not the app. The app itself is updated to the most recent version. Are there any other common problems people run into that we haven't tried?

Does the ID and password contain anything other than letters & numbers? (I've suspected that some system don't encode some things correctly, leading to "wrong id/password" messages.)
