Bishops Storehouse

As a missionary working in the Bishops Storehouse, we have just received dairy products from SLC that we have never received before, except for eggs, for the entire month. We do not have cooler space for these items! Who makes the decision to begin shipping these items to our storehouse?

My guess would be the storehouse manager or managing couple.
