App isn't syncing my wife's account
Hey there, my wife is having issues with her Member Tools app. She has an iPhone 7, on iOS 12.3. Every time she tries to sync, the sync fails. We tried reinstalling the app but nothing's changed. Any thoughts on how we can make this work? Thanks.

When have you been syncing? Sunday is a really bad day for doing that.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
