Cannot sync Member Tools

Cannot sync Member Tools

I have not been able to get in to my account for tools in months. I keep trying to sync and it just keeps spinning. It will never finish. Please help!

What is your operating system and version and what version of Member Tools do you have installed?

I am having same trouble - will not sync. A sync gives error message "Some information could not be downloaded, please try again. later." I have tried repeatedly over several months. I have deleted the app and downloaded the latest version. No change.
I am using an iPhone XS running current iOS (13.2.2). I have the same problem with my iPad (also running current iOS).
Any suggestions?

I'd clear out the data in the app (sorry, I don't know how to do this in iOS). Especially if this started after you were released from a leadership position.

I'd that doesn't work, I'd use the in app feedback to report it.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I uninstalled the app, so it has no data whatsoever. Without the sync capability, I have nothing. Under "Help", Contact Us, I get the error message" CannotSendEmail CannotSend EmailMsg"
