Problems with Youth Protection Training Report

We have had multiple users complete the training multiple times but it doesn't show up completed on the report. We have verified they are logging in to the correct account. It even happened to our stake president.

Any insight? Can we send their certificates to someone to log them as completed it?

If you are a ward clerk, try contacting the Global Service Center (GSC) and have them see what they can do about getting the training recorded.

Today a member completed it on her computer and it worked. It may be an issue of not recording if they do it on a phone or tablet?

They should get to a final screen with a check mark and their name saying they completed it. Additionally they should get a confirmation email. She said she didn't get to that last screen or get the email on her phone.
