Difference in church donation records and IRA records

My IRA records show that only one third party donation was made in November 2019, but the church third party donation records show that there were 2 donations made in November. Where can I turn to rectify this?

Were any of the donations made right at the beginning or end of November? If so, one side might have recorded it in the other month. You can view your entire (well, at least this year and maybe a couple prior years) donation history online. Otherwise, your ward finance clerk can likely help.
