Paper goods, plastic utensils, etc?

Where do you purchase your cups, paper plates, plastic utensils, etc? Historically, we've had someone purchase a bunch all at one time from Costco and store them in a closet at the church for activities. I see that Staples has the same types of products on contract pricing with the church on their website.

Has anyone price compared? I don't mind doing it but thought maybe someone here has done the leg work.
