LDS Tools email limit

LDS Tools email limit
Is there a limit on how many people I can email through LDS Tools function? Trying to send an email to the entire ward. I don’t get any errors but email has not gone through yet. Thanks!

Your email provider may impose a limit.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Email function not going out to entire organizaiton. My email provider does not impose a limit. Is there a limt to the number of characters that can be sent in a message using lds tools email ?

I have received some pretty long ones recently sent by the stake. One thing to check: send a message only sends to the individual email address on their membership record. If there is nothing in the individual email address field, they will not receive the message. Email addresses in the household email address field are ignored by the send a message tool.
