Is there a public road map that shows features in development for Calendar and or the Tools mobile app?

Our ward started pushing the use of the calendar and what we are finding is that everyone wants to be able to add/edit appointments from their mobile phone. From within the mobile Tools app would be a great start..

Not that I've heard. However, the website will scale to whatever screen you're on. So it can be done from a mobile device.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
