When I meet to do ministering interviews we talk about several things and I would like to make notes about the interview right on the companionship I am meeting with. Then when we meet in presidency meeting I can pull the notes right from the same spot as I account for the quarterly interview. It doesn’t have to be exposed to anyone but me.
Does anyone know of a way to do what I am asking?

Not in any church system. You'll have to devise your own note-keeping.
