Feb 16 2020 Sync - No longer can see Missionary Progress Records
As the STS, I received reports from members that after a most recent Sync, the Missionnary Progress Report is no longer available on Member Tools App. This report is from the Ward Exec Secretary and a Ward Mission Leader. Both iPhones and Androids have this issue. I checked my wife's phone and before sync, Missionary Progress Records was available. After sync (2/16/2020) it was no longer available. Has anybody experienced this? Is there a fix or just a glitch in the sync? The Missionary Progress Reports are available via computer.

I would suggest syncing on a day other than Sunday. If a server is slow due to the load, the data from that app may not make it into the sync. We've experienced that with ministering.
It's also possible that system died for some reason. If that's the case, I'm sure it will be addressed when everyone comes back to work on Tuesday, Utah time.
