We have an investigator youth that is very close with a family in our ward, and is excited about the new For Strength of Youth program. Our Stake is one of the pilot stakes this year. Originally our Bishop had to go in and authorize the member-youth that would be able to register for FSY, and then registration invitations were sent out to those member youth via email.
Our question is this: Is it possible for a non-member, investigator youth, to register and attend FSY with some of the member youth in our Ward? If so, how would we go about authorizing them so they can get a registration invitation, or would they be able to register at the door of the event (but I also recall that "places" in each scheduled FSY is limited)?
