Gospel Library App crashes

I had my Gospel Library app on my phone for years, never had a problem. Just a few days ago it stopped working. It does not open. I deleted and re-installed many times, I re-booted my phone, nothing worked.
I emailed the tech support, they sent me back to the "feedback" link within the app that puts me on the web page which is no good to solve the problem.
I worked together with our ward's tech person, he could not figure it out either.
I contacted every possible link and phone number, I cannot get any help. My app still does not open and I have been using it a lot through my phone. It is small enough to carry anywhere, just very easy to access.
I have an iPhone 8 with the 13.3.1 system on.
Is there anyone who can help me fix this problem? Anyone please....

Having the same problem.

iOS 13.3.3. iPhone 7. Used the app for years just fine. The other day tried to use the app the start up screen came up for maybe 2 seconds and then went away.

Shut down the phone and restart-same results

Deleted app reinstalled same result

Only 49gb of 128gb used on the phone so memory shouldn’t be an issue

This is happening to several people. It sounds like an error in the most recent update. I think you are going to have to wait till they fix the issue and post an update to the app store.

Gospel Library 5.4.1 for iOS is in beta and should (hopefully) fix the crashing issue. To install the beta, join the Tech project Gospel Library for iOS – Public Beta, then you'll get an email from TestFlight with instructions for installing the app. If you install the beta, let us know if it works!

Also having same issue has been working fine for past 3 years now it freezes apon opening app and won't load at all I have used all that has been suggested to no avail
