Upgrading a Mi Box S to AndroidTV 9.0
Just a heads up for those intending to purchase a Mi Box S for their stake. It's currently shipping with AndroidTV version 8.1 and there are quite a few Reddit posts with horror stories about upgrading to 9.0. The simple answer is, accept the 9.0 update when it presents itself, then when it's finished updating and rebooting, DO A FACTORY RESET! Any configurations will be lost, but it will be far more stable.
