Circles wont load for my daughter

Circles wont load for my daughter

So my Living App account works fine and I can seem my circles and my kids circles, my wife and sons accounts work but my daughter is having an issue where her name and other info doesn't populate when she logs in and the circles page just shows "It may take a few minutes to set up your circles...." It has shown that message since we first tried to set it up on Sunday. She gets the same message if she logs in on my phone. She has logged out and back in multiple times and re-dowloaded the app multiple times. Any help would be appreciated.

Because this is a user-to-user discussion forum, there is no guarantee anyone who can help will see this topic. Your ward clerk should be able to help if the issue is with the Church Account in question. If you use the 'Feedback' (or similar) button or link on the app or on the Church website, that will bring the problem to the attention of someone who should be able to help.

Same here. I called the church's tech support and his account is fine. But we still keep getting the same error. I did use the feed back button in the app to let them know, but we are still waiting for it to sort itself out.

Same issue also with my sons account... nothing will load, no names, no circles, etc... any ideas ?

Ask the ward membership clerk to check his records. Make sure they're in the ward and properly assigned to the correct class. I'm not sure that's the cause, but that would certainly cause a problem.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I’m getting the same error for my son. Hoping that by posting this it will get some attention. I will also submit as suggested above. Thanks!

Has anyone found a solution? We can’t get my daughter’s circle page to load either. She is listed in the correct class in the ward so it’s not a problem there.

Check to see if her Membership record is connected to her account. If she can get into Member Tools, the on-line Directory, or on-line Calendar, then her membership record is connected.
