You will need to have your ward/branch clerk investigate. If they don't have your membership record linked to your donation, that would explain why it doesn't show up on the statement. The clerk can edit the donor record in MLS to link it to your membership number and transmit the update to the church. Then they can manually generate a new statement for you (or you can do so yourself online). Ask your ward clerk to see that your membership record number is associated with your donor record on the ward administrative computer. Also, if the donation was for an Authorized Member Financed Activity (Other), it will not show on the statement. Also, make sure your MRN is connected with your account. The MRN is what ties your donation to the ward to your online Account. If it's missing/different on either end that would explain why it's not on your on-line statement.
