Getting parental content filters to allow Gospel Living App

We have been using Verizon Smart Family and Circle for content filtering. Is it possible to use these or other apps and still get Gospel Living to run? We get error messages from Gospel living about not being able to connect to a network. Does anybody have any experience with this or suggestions? We want to use Gospel Living but not at the price of unfiltered internet access ....

I would imagine it depends on the filter they are using. The source for their information is going to have to allow the "website" that the app needs to run.

Does anyone know what the website is for the gospel living app so we can set it as an approved site for Verizon and circles filters?

This is what I could come up with for what the Gospel Living App needs.
I don't think all of these are needed but the app seems to work if I allow my phone to connect to the following IP ranges.
