Online donation/bank in a different country than where I live

We live in Japan, but we use USA bank accounts. The online donation form is showing a format for a Japanese bank account. We don't use a Japanese bank account for this, how do I add the US bank account?

I would speak with the ward clerk. You may not be able to donate online, but there is a process whereby you can still use your U.S. bank account and bank bill pay service to donate.

Donation systems do not cross country boundaries.

I'd suggest sending an email to onlinedonationsupport@ldschurch.org. For expatriates they can setup your online donation app for your U.S. bank account(s).
