I was advised that as a Stake Clerk I can make a ward clerk a LUFAS user,but I have not been able to find any instructions on how to do this, can anyone help please please.

The target audience for LUFAS is stake auditors and the stake audit committee. Why would you make a ward clerk a LUFAS user?
