I have been requested to complete this quarters report.Can you advise me where I obtain this information please is it from the Quarterly report submitted by each unit in the Stake.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The stake quarterly report automatically completes itself as each unit in the stake completes their report. As a stake clerk, your role is to help ward clerks complete their reports if they need assistance (or encouragement).
