Ministering Interviews Recording
We are a new ward, just organized in March. The Relief Society and Elders' Quorum presidencies had created ministering assignments, and had completed interviews during the month of March. When we look at the previous quarter now, none of that information is visible, and it is not populating to the quarterly report. Is it possible to recover that information?

Since you were just formed in March, it's possible you're not "on the hook" for reporting Ministering for the quarter.
If I remember correctly, the system doesn't hold you responsible for families that move in during the month. At this point, everyone is a move-in.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
